why do nice girls always go for the assholes i dont even like pegging
No. Just. NO. I am so sick of this bullshit stereotype being both perpetuated AND played out. No.
um
Saying nice girls go with the assholes is the biggest stereotype in relationships of all time
uM
We don’t go with assholes, we go with the people who give us attention at the right time and ignore us at the right time and it just so happens to be the people who don’t care about us and it’s stupid a/f
This post represents tumblr
Okay but like that’s the most true stereotype ever… so many dumb nice girls date douchebags lmao
ARE YOU SERIOUS
The problem is not that nice girls date assholes, it’s that nice girls *knowingly* date assholes and then have the nerve to complain and ask “why can’t I find a nice guy?”
And I will now stop before this becomes a rant.
You dont get this post do you? Lol
The comments are priceless.
So many people being clueless.
Douchebags always date douchebags. The kicker is douchebags have 0 self-awareness that they are douchebags so in turn they complain that “they can never find a nice guy/sane girl.”
Holy fuck man not you too
So many non-comprehending mother fuckers
Pure comedy gold.
Oh. My. Fucking. God.
This post is a perfect example of what people mean when we talk about how nobody on this godforsaken website has any fucking reading comprehension skills
Damn. Idk where I stand tho. Also, good girls can date assholes and just kindsa be like welp, he’s a nice guy. I have the experience to say that
I can’t believe so many people missed the point of this post
i don’t know whats going on anymore
HOW ABOUT THAT NEW CONTENT, FAM
Bioplastic organisms compatible with the ‘normal’ food chain. Living plastic filter feeders. Bioplastic animals & plants. Imagine how successful snails that could eat plastic bottles and other underwater trash would be.
Crabs with metal shells, animals that have evolved to eat rust and tiny plastic flakes. Animals that communicate in radio waves.
Imagine some songbirds are hanging around and whenever you turn the radio on you can’t hear your station over all the chirping.
Kiss your underwater cables and pipes goodbye.
A quick FYI!
We are constantly queuing the new content and submissions y’all send us! (And questions too!)
If you’re worried about if your stuff is in queue, this is just to let you know we are still on S L O W queue: we currently have about 53 items queued up, and have it set to post once a day! We are trying to stockpile some more posts and then we will up how often we update again.
This blogger remembers when we had to put disclaimers at the head of our fics and pray that someone didn’t take it into their heads to sue us for what we created.
This blogger remembers brilliant artists and writers getting decades of work obliterated on LJ because someone who wanted to tell people what they were allowed to create went running to someone who wanted a profit, and told them the artists and writers had been naughty.
This blogger remembers just how hard the creators of AO3 worked to build the thing we all seem to take for granted now.
This blogger watched friends dive into the creation process so heartily and determinedly that they all but disappeared from the writing/gaming/artistic side of their fandom for YEARS while they worked to make the archive happen.
This blogger remembers the sense of giddy wonder that there would possibly be LAWYERS involved, willing to defend our right to create these works, and not leave us hanging at the mercy of corporate legal teams.
This blogger is aware that she reads between twenty to fifty books’ worth of material every year on AO3, and is never REQUIRED to pay a penny for the privilege of getting access.
This blogger is aware that she will not ever see advertisements on AO3, and that her personal data and reading preferences won’t be sold to advertisers in order to raise the money that AO3 needs to pay for the services they provide.
This blogger is aware that AO3 is, and has always been, a labor of love; by fans, for fans, and not for profiting off fans – and this is what makes it unique in the whole of the media universe.
This blogger has NEVER taken AO3 for granted, and has ALWAYS been damned glad to have access to it. Even in years when this blogger didn’t have the means to support it financially.
Same.
let me tell u something. there’s a lot to be said about the harms of immoral content, but my dudes. you don’t censor private media. humans have been down that dark rabbit hole, many times. it was horrendous each time, and we’re still feeling the effects of book burning from generations ago.
it’s an actual slippery slope that has proven to be fatal, time and again. there’s a reason why the only ppl upset with Ao3 are all very young–they haven’t experienced the fallout themselves, and I doubt they’ve hit the history lessons pertaining to that kind of censorship.
