What exactly happened to the Cipher Statue?

Hmmm. Now that’s a good question! The way Bill died (trying to possess Dipper and failing)- would he have left a statue? If Mod S is remembering correctly, Bill leaves a statue in the finale because he leaves his physical body (which he has because of Weirdmageddon) and goes into Stan’s mindscape.

I think we will leave this one up to y’all; do you think Bill would have left a statue during the Transcendence, and how long does it take Dipper to destroy it in a fit of pique?

If someone were to try to summon Bill (using the old “Bill Circle”) while Toby was still alive, what would happen? Would it just summon Alcor? Would it summon Toby? Would it do nothing but Toby has a “strange sudden headache”? I need answers!

Early on in the AU, Alcor didn’t have near as much sense of “self” as a demon. That’s what caused him to be pulled by Bill’s old circle, because his only tie to a demonic entity was Bill’s residual energy lingering on him.

However, as he gets older, he gains more of a resistance to any calls through Bill’s circle. A demon’s circle is pretty much a forced summon if enough energy is provided. But once Dipper sees himself as a separate demonic entity, different from Bill, those summons are no longer something he’s forced to answer.

He’ll still usually feel a varying degree of influence from it, however. Depending on his emotional state, excess energy, etc. he could feel a vague itching on the back of his head, or a powerful anchor tugging at him; because he’s Alcor now, much more than he is Bill’s residual energy.

(This part of canon can be reasonably squished though to suit plot-specific needs!)

When Ian woke up, the other side of the bed was empty.

The covers were all rumpled and pushed down to the foot of the bed, the blue light on the coffeemaker was on, and the window was forced wider than it had been last night, wide enough to blow the curtains out into the room like a couple of very ugly snot-green-damask ghosts. Somehow, it was still unbearably hot in the room.

Ian patted the mattress beside him, but it was only about as warm as the rest of the room. He couldn’t tell how long Mira must have been up before he was.

Even though Dipper has become a demon far more powerful than Bill was, I still like the fact that whenever Bill is either mentioned or involved, Dipper’s on-edge and feels even with all his powers, Bill somehow has an advantage over him. So guessing it’s more of mind games that Bill is more superior that Dipper is because he’s willing to do things Dipper wouldn’t cross?

Conversely, when Dipper does cross those lines, he’s just like Bill now.

“This is gonna cost you more than just one bag of candy-coated chocolate-covered peanuts, you know.”

“Mmhm,” Mira agreed, barely listening. She’d lived in the Pacific Northwest her whole life, only a few hundred miles from the place where she was standing. Heck, she remembered family vacations in the Redwood National Forest, in the eerie underwater hush of a forest as old as the world. But somehow, nothing had prepared her for Gravity Falls.
