I’m not sure whether there’s some canon appearance for the Pines parents, so I had to make something up. I ended up drawing several people holding onto each other in this calendar. That is not as easy as it sounds. Drawing it, I mean. For the holding part you can just grab on to the closest person and you’re set.

After a long day of being summoned, Alcor finally got the chance to relax. Just to calm down he went into the forest just to have a bit of peace and quiet. He became the little star with two mini wings to go on the back of himself and floated around looking for something interesting to look at. Every now and then he would say things such as, “Look! A dead squirrel!” or, “I wonder what would happen if I gave a deer sharp teeth…”

He continued floating around when he felt a random tug at his soul. Not the type of summoning tug but a type of bond tug. Although it felt weird, he gave a shrug of his mini arms and started to follow where it came from.

He ventured deep into the forest until he came to a stop at two identical tombstones. He started to float towards it glowing with curiosity. Most people say that curiosity killed a cat, but he’s not a cat now is he?

He came up to it and brushed off the moss covering the tombs.

When the moss came off, the tombstones read ‘Mabel Pines’ and ‘Henry Pines’.

One Bright Star

the-digital-pen:

For the Gravity Falls Transcendence AU

Two bright stars

And one dark power

His plan took shape,

An obsidian tower.

They tried to fight him,

But could only cower.

Two bright stars

In one dark hour.

One bright star

And one dark soul.

His coat is as black

As a bottomless hole.

Without the other,

He cannot be whole

One bright star

And one dark toll.

One bright star

And one dark seal.

Souls turn again

like a vast, cosmic wheel.

He carries one close,

And no other can steal

His bright star,

His one dark deal.

One bright star

And one dark twin.

What a lonely burden

He carries within.

He fights against time,

And he cannot win.

One bright star

And one dark sin.
