So when someone sacrifices a person to Alcor, he usually gets super pissed and kills them (and helps the victim if possible), right? But what would he do if the one who sacrificed the person to him was a Mizar?

Dipper.exe has stopped working, please stand by?

Honestly this would be the most terrible situation. This is a bad timeline sort of thing.

I can only think that Dipper would just…freeze. He’d explode at first, come out raging at the sense of blood, and then he’d realize and everything would outright stop.

Another difficult part in this is figuring out just why or how a Mizar would end up in the sort of life and situation and worldview where they would willingly sacrifice another human life to a demon. If it’s under duress, then Alcor would have more viable targets for his rage. If it’s Mizar’s own decision…well…I don’t even know.

The reason why Imamu and his sister (forgot her name, sorry) were the first post-God!cor reincarnations is because the souls wanted to just spend so much time together, and no one wanted to disrupt their happiness at finally being able to be equals and truly with each other again. Maybe fic open season for all their shenanigans?

No worries about forgetting! I wrote it just once in a fic and it’s been a really long time. It’s Furaha. I should probably write a few more with them, if only I can come up with ideas.

Also, that’s an adorable headcanon. To be fair another part of it was that there was a sort of recovery span for the Alcor/Dipper soul of the duo after tearing his power away and rendering himself a reincarnating human soul again, but I think we can get behind them taking some extra time just to hang out together. They deserve it.

HC: Alcor can give a Mizar almost anything without a deal because he already owns her soul, which is the highest price you can pay for anything. (She’s kind of constantly paying)

Not quite how that one works, unfortunately. The soul was a single-transaction payment, and now the title and deed (so to speak) are in Alcor’s name. Since he already owns this thing – no matter how precious it is – it can’t be used to pay him for other things in the future.

As the centuries pass, Alcor comes to manage ‘discounts’ and even the occasional very small ‘freebie’ at will for Mizars (and other reincarnations and close friends he makes along the way) not because of soul ownership or massive past deals, but because of the growth of his power. If something takes him less relative effort to achieve, he can afford to go cheaper on it.

I have a headcanon that there’s a Mizar who makes it their life’s goal to make a scented candle that Alcor enjoys. What kinds of scents would they try?

All the scents. All of them. Even ones they know Alcor doesn’t care for – the ubiquitous cinnamon or pine for instance – they attempt to recreate or use in new blends, trying to find a way to make it pleasant, but not overpowering.

As for Dipper’s end of things, on the one hand it’s kind of…nice? The effort behind it, at least, and the thought. On the other hand he’s come to halfway dread their summons because there’s at least an eighty-five percent chance each time that it’ll involve some new smelly candle smoke and/or having scent bottles waved under his nose while they ask for his opinion, and it’s not always as good as they clearly hoped.

I have an idea for a sub AU. Remember when Alcor was offered by a demoness to bear an child with him that would house Mizar’s soul, making it a demon too? (Demoness would get to mate with most powerful demon ever so that was her payment.) What if he had accepted? What if he DID have a ‘biological’ child? I know he’s Aro Ace but this is an AU & it would’ve been the once so he could have a child of his own that wouldn’t leave him like everyone else. Maybe it wouldn’t be Mizar, but a new OC demon?

Mod O already wrote the fic.

Once technology progresses far enough, do you think that mizar could ever show back up as an artificial intelligence?

No.

AI and reincarnations are not the same. Al-V is an AI; he is not Alcor. If, and this is a hell of an if, if Alcor ever made an AI based on his memories of Mabel, he might be able to make something with a similar personality, but it would not be the same, and it would definitely not be her. He knows and understands this and therefore will not be doing such a thing.
