Can you put a binding spell on a ouji board to bind spirits

(previous ask for context)

I bet there’s lots of ways to customize a ouija board, just like there are ways to make better, stronger summoning circles. For example, as mentioned previously, there’s stuff you can do like have x ingredient in order to increase the ‘call radius’ of your ouija board summons. I’m sure there’d also be other things you can do, like binding. Although since ghosts aren’t demons, ‘binding’ probably means something completely different than it does for demons.

I’d like to think that on the list of Fun Things To Do With Ghosts (which is probably a book co-written by Wendy and Soos or something, I’m sure they end up getting pretty good knowledge of the supernatural) there is a binding spell that seals a wandering spirit (ie a ghost without previous attachments to something physical) to an object or something, but probably for purposes like neutralizing the spirit in question rather than trying to extort it like you would a demon (since ghosts don’t really do deals)

(Also in “Fun Things To Do With Ghosts” in a chapter by Wendy: watching your friend perform the Lamby Dance in an abandoned Dusk-2-Dawn to appease the evil spirits residing there)

I don’t remember if you said anything about Soos, but what if later on he and Melody get married and have, like, seven kids. All girls (Sofia, Isabella, Emilia, Maria, Gabriella, Paula, and Natalia) and all bilingual. The Pines agree to babysit the girls occasionally to give Soos and Melody a break. It is absolute mayhem. Worst of all, the girls know about Dipper and they plot together entirely in Spanish (assuming that understanding languages is one of Dip’s powers)

Ten kids.

Three and a half adults.

The Shack is fucked.

Headcanon: While still young Mabel decided to dress up as “Mizar” for summerween. She and Dipper (who was very flustered) wear matching black costumes. Mable’s costume was a cute puffy dress (bedazzled ofcourse) and Dipper wears a suit but with a similar design with Mabel’s dress with matching top hats. Luckily Dipper can stay in the physical plane for the entire night. Needless to say the two collected heaping bags of candy. Soos gave them a new nickname ” The mischievous demon twins with hats”

pt 1 here

Unease crept into Mabel the longer registration took. It was not as though she had attachment issues – unless it came to Waddles – but when you accidentally shove your corporeal twin through the side of a moving car only to have him vanish and stay that way when it was completely within his power to reappear whenever he would like, it was cause for worry. And after she had insisted on him not being a worrywort, to boot! The longer Grunkle Stan spoke with the school office people, the more she had time to dwell. Perhaps he’d gotten summoned somehow? It wasn’t a regular occurrence, but it happened sometime. Or he saw something interesting or shiny but that would not cause this sort of prolonged absence.

So what happens to Soos? Does he move away or stick around or did he go missing during the “incident”?

I like the idea of him sticking around Gravity Falls, and being there when the twins move back to stay with Stan. He’d help out at the shack for a while (as it’s being turned into a library of sorts, an information hub instead of a tourist trap in a world submerged in the paranormal), but I’m a sucker for happy endings and would love to see him and Melody maybe even start up a little business of their own. A restaurant, a little game shop, something fun and laid back and cute. Maybe Soos would move to stay with her in her home town, eventually.

Nonetheless, he’d be one of the few people the be there supporting the twins. He’s their friend after all!
