I DID THE THING. It’s a little different, but still mostly the thing.
Also I totally chickened out wanted to let you guys think of the end.
Dipper flicked through the channels, pausing whenever his sister commanded him. Mabel was draped over the back of the yellow chair, shoving Laffy Taffy into her mouth and cheering whenever Baby Fights was on.
There was a soft blip from above them.
“Hey Mabel, hey Mini Me!” Alcor chirped. His mouth was stained with something red, and Dipper so did not want to know.
Mabel grinned. “Hey, Aldork! Where were you?”
“Hunting down a giant, two-headed deer,” the demon said flippantly.
Aaaand that was Dipper’s cue to leave. the twelve year old boy stood up and started to walk from the room, until a clawed hand grabbed his arm and tugged him back over to the chair.
“What’s the r͚͚͕̦us̱̼͓͚̱h̨̝, mini me?”
“Yeah Dipper.” Mabel mirrored the expression of his alternate-dimension self (if a bit less… predatory). “What’s the rush?”
Dipper glared at her.
It continued in this fashion for a while, with Dipper trying to leave and the other two preventing it.
Until Alcor lifted his head and glanced around in confusion. “Where’s Stanley?”
It was as if you could see the question marks floating above the twins’ heads.
Alcor blinked at them, and then clapped a hand over his mouth. “Oops.”
“Oops what?!“ Dipper demanded.
The dream demon’s wings fluttered sheepishly. "I forgot that you guys didn’t know…”
“Didn’t know what?" This time it was Mabel.
Alcor giggled fakely. "You know, I think I can feel myself being summoned-”
He was gone before the sentence was finished, and before Dipper could point out that he didn’t even have summons in this universe.
Mabel looked at the spot where Alcor had been. “Hmm…”
She grabbed the last of her Laffy Taffy and walked into the kitchen, where Stan was asleep. She whipped out her air horn and blew it into his ear.
Stan yelped and jumped awake. “Mabel, why the fu-heck would you do that?”
The girl ignored him and leaned down.
“Why did Big Dipper call you Stanley?”
