what are angels like in this au?
I stumbled into this au with no interest in GF. Even with new interest, I still don’t want to watch GF. It can only end in disappointment. You folks are amazing and I love you all.
Glad to hear you like the AU!!! Thank you so much! But… we’d hate for you to miss out on the source material for a reason like that… The people that worked on Gravity Falls have SUCH a good sense of writing and humor, have plenty more amazing characters (that, unfortunately, we sometimes ignore), and we’d hate for you to miss out on all the interesting plots and stuff that the show has to offer!
At least give it a shot; I really don’t think you’ll be disappointed! If you are, though, there’s nothing wrong with that… but at least let the show speak for itself first, rather than use this blog to set the standard~ And if you don’t like GF, then this blog will still be here! 😀 One take on a piece of media doesn’t cancel out another.

I was just reading something totally unrelated to even the standard Disney canon for Gravity falls, when I came upon a section where the stars came out and Ursa major was clearly seen. It then went on to name all of the stars in it and Mizar and Alcor were right next to each other and I was overcome by feels for this au and cried. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO ME.
So if Acacia has an eyepatch and needs glasses, does she ever wear a monocle instead?

If she’s feeling fancy or going out on a date with Reina, she wears a monocle.
Occasionally when she can be bothered, she puts her contacts in.
Mostly she wears her glasses over her eyepatch, because she is a big dork.
