Chapter 1: Lights
Chapter 2: Camera
Chapter 3: Action
It’s been a while since the Transcendence, the cataclysm that introduced the supernatural confined to Gravity Falls to the rest of the world. It’s been even longer since the Pines took down Gideon. Now, Gideon thinks he has a way to get his revenge.

Deals With Devils
Another transcendence au ficlet. This one’s based on this ask and this one, and sorry to the first anon but I didn’t (overtly, at least) make the quadruplets part of the family, so if you or anyone else wants to write a continuation or another version of this please do.
“YOU DARE SUMMON ALCOR THE DREAM BENDER?” Dipper, his form somewhat obscured by shadows, bared his teeth in the approximation of a grin, looking at the four children in front of him and wondering why they seemed so familiar. The kids all took a step or three back from the summoning circle they’d drawn on their basement floor with chalk. They looked panicked and about ready to cry, but none of them were hyperventilating or sobbing yet, which was good or annoying depending on how you saw it. Dipper’s more demonic instincts encouraged him to traumatize the kids, but he shoved those ideas down in favor of banishing the shadows around him.
“We need your help.” One of the kids said once she’d found her words, the patch over her right eye half-obscured by her bangs, and oh, how history recreated itself ever so nicely.

One more in the process. Posts that inspired me are: (x)(x)(x)(x)

Once he got over the whole “Dipper’s the most powerful demon in the universe” thing wouldn’t Gideon have a fair amount of control over Alcor as he knows his true name. And if so what if Gideon used Alcor to exact revenge on the pines family, making him hurt everyone he loves. I’d imagine he’d be pretty crafty with making deals as he’s dealt with at least one demon before and knows quite a bit about the supernatural.
Knowing a demon’s true name is just one factor used to control them; with more powerful demons like Alcor, it would only work as a very strong persuasion. Another side-effect would be an instantaneous summon regardless of Dipper’s will.
So yeah, Gideon could actually use it against him. But complete control only happens with lower level demons, and a few other supernatural creatures and particular spells. It depends on what sort of state Dipper is in – if he’s in a weakened state and highly unstable, he could probably be controlled a certain amount. But otherwise, no, not entirely.
After Gideon’s humiliation at Alcor’s hands, he becomes a sort of demon hunter in the hopes that one day he’ll be good enough to take down Dipper. Without him, Gideon can easily (or so he thinks) get rid of Stan and reclaim Mabel. Fic maybe in the works?
(Oh dang, Gideon severely underestimates how powerful Dipper is, being a dream demon who is slowly but surely staking claim to the physical realm and not just the mindscape. I hope there’s a satisfying butt-whooping in there somewhere)
Familiar Faces
That post about Gideon summoning Dipper, it would be even funnier if Gideon didn’t even know that Alcor was Dipper and that he’s just summoned this all powerful demon to do his bidding but he just ends up getting laughed at
My personal favorite is that he doesn’t know until the summons and he’s too fucking dumbfounded to say a word, not that he’d be able to get a syllable in with Dipper’s constant laughter
Bonus round: Dipper gets summoned again like a day or two later and is met with just a “WHAT THE FUCK, MAN?! LIKE WHAT THE ACTUAL F U C K”
Gideon is just met with more hysterical laughter
