What kinds of careers/lives do Wendy’s friends end up having? I always imagined Nate became a teacher, but I’ve never thought about the others.

Robbie: high school band teacher. Somehow matures into having an Aizawa vibe as a teacher, which is the true miracle.

Lee: Goes to film school, becomes a director for basically every genre television show to hit the CW or Fox for the rest of his life.

Tambry: Rules over a cell phone repair kiosk/storefront empire that eventually covers the tri-state area.

Wendy: Demon hunter, and occasional motivational speaker. (do not ever refer to these events as motivational speaking in her presence however)

Thompson: starts out getting his MBA like his parents wanted, but drops out and opens a horse ranch. To everyone’s surprise, it is highly successful. Eventually has two Triple Crown winners come out of his stables.

Here’s something I’ve always wondered but haven’t seen mentioned – If someone summoned Alcor to tell them all about the Transcendence itself, would he have to tell them about his involvement in the Transcendence, or would he be able to avoid that? Assuming he didn’t just refuse the deal, of course

transcendence-au:

Alcor learned how to twist his words from the best. He can probably get around telling people the truth and nothing but the whole truth, like the sneaky little demon he is.

I know Alcor has possessed Mabel in his early years and once possessed Henry since during these times he didn’t had enough power to maintain physical in the real world, so does Alcor often posses people when required or not so often?

In the early days, especially when cult-bashing with Mabel, possession was a way to interact with the physical world without having to make a deal to become corporeal himself. However, the older and more powerful he becomes, the less he has to make a deal to stay corporeal for a set amount of time… or possess someone.

As for how often he does it once he’s able to stay corporeal for however long he wants?

Well.

That depends on the mood you find him in.

I’ve always thought that possession without permission would be one of the lines he didn’t cross. He never quite lets go of what it was like to be twelve and be so scared and helpless. Its always going to be a Bill thing to him, one of the worst Bill things, and he would have to be pretty far gone to cross that line.

How did the sight start? Did it start with Mabel? Did certain people just kind of… get the sight after the Transcendence?

Mostly certain people just kind of got the Sight.

It was rare. Very rare. Its appearance didn’t even necessarily follow any hard and fast rules or patterns, either, though there may have been a correlation between its development and surprisingly close supernatural experiences during, after, or even before the Transcendence. It also came (comes) in different strengths and flavors, so it would be extremely hard to document as well, and as time went on people found that it might be inherited in family lines, or else it might vanish entirely or appear out of nowhere instead.

Basically it is and was practically impossible to predict.
