So this here has been stuck on my mind for a bit so I thought I’d write a little bit about it and the shenanegans that happens. In anycase enjoy more Pacifica cause I’m a sucker for her in this AU for some reason.

So birthday HC since today is my birthday and this just sorta popped into my head this morning.
So after the Transcendence, Mabel and Dippers first birthday upon returning home with Pines Parents is really hard/tough on them both since their parents, depending on when it occurs, either believe Dipper is dead and are still trying to get Mabel to realize that, and simply force a birthday on her for simply her as a like “There is no Dipper” kinda thing. Or they just omit Dipper from their birthday anyway because they can’t accept Dipper for what he’s become and don’t consider him their child anymore so they can’t celebrate his birthday anymore.
This causes a lot of drama between Mabel and her parents so after the first year or two Mabel starts running away on the day of their birthday into a secluded spot where she and Dipper privately celebrate each others birthday and simply spend the day hanging out until late into the evening.
When they move back to Gravity Falls they’re kind of uncertain about their birthday and how it would be celebrated here, even though they know people accept Dipper its still kinda hard to dismiss 4+ years of terrible birthday experiences because of family. Grunkle Stan, knowing this, brings it up to Soos and Wendy and the three of them (especially Soos because those kids made his birthday happy so he’s gotta do the same back yo) get together a bunch of the other towns kids (Candy, Grenda, even Pacifica maybe??) and put together a surprise birthday for them.
The twins are beyond ecstatic, especially since they even went as far as to summon Dipper so he could be corporeal for the party. All in all, its the best birthday they’ve had since the Transcendence and it soon becomes a big thing every year from then on.
Pacifica had an assassination attempt on her once.
Because of her activism, people thought of her as a good target.
Mabel would have been good, if it weren’t for the fact that most people who even thought of hurting Mabel ended up either dead or seriously injured(courtesy of Dipper).
She survived, but it scared her.
So, afterwards, Pacifica applied for a concealed carry permit and carries a pistol in her bag if the situation is worse than what pepper spray can handle.
If she is getting kidnapped by determined cultists or evil church goers and she can’t get them to go away, she has a special gun she bought from Candy with pure silver, enchanted bullets(because she can afford pure silver bullets, duh, and she can figure out how to enchant them in a place like Gravity Falls).
She has never had to shoot a person with the pistol, because once she is forced to bring it out, they usually decide that getting shot is not worth capturing her. She only brings it out in dire situations, so even Mabel doesn’t know that she carries it.
She has a deal with Dipper that he won’t tell Mabel certain things if she doesn’t tell anyone his true name. Which at first sounds like a total rip-off, but when you think about some of the stuff Pacifica might want to keep private, ranging from expensive surprise birthday gifts to the occasional time where she herself finds Dipper during a bad situation and has to literally knock him out of it(everyone in Gravity Falls has come across Dipper during his issues at least once, though the reactions can range from concern to violence to just merely calling Mabel), it is pretty fair. So Mabel is never told things about Pacifica by Dipper without Pacifica’s okay.
She is very careful, rarely walking by herself, and when she does, she makes sure all her jewelry is silver or iron and that she had the purse with the iron studs.
Dipper sometimes thinks she is paranoid, but then remembers how he used to be all the time and completely shuts up about it.
