I am the person who had the problem with the post about Dipper messing with abusing Pacifica’s parents!

I was staying anon but then I decided fuck it.

I feel like Pacifica would have definite problem with Dipper’s actions as well, so I decided to make a comic out of it. Pacifica and Dipper are a bit older, around 15-16.

For Gravity Falls fans who don’t follow Transcendence AU, all you need to know to read this comic is the premise Dipper has Bill’s powers and is growing ever-more demon-like due to that. I feel the message is important to everyone.

(pt 1) Re: the ask with Dipper ‘messing’ with Paz’ parents. That is everything I actually DON’T want to see happen to the Northwests. I was on board at first, but then it kept getting worse. What Dipper is doing isn’t just ‘demon fun’. It’s plain ol’, extremely disturbing, psychological and physical abuse right back. If the Northwests are hated so much for abusing Pacifica (and rightly so), why is Dipper abusing –them- to be celebrated or reveled in?

(pt 2) Having been abused before, I would wish that on –nobody-. Not the Northwests, not Gideon, not even Bill. I would honestly rather Dipper just kill them then that. The only way I would be on board with this hc is if it is at a time when his humanity is totally gone. A demon would do such a thing. Dipper wouldn’t. Also, sorry that this ask is so long. I just wanted to stay anonymous.

Mod A has to agree with you on this one; at some point someone would snap him out of it and make him realize how inhuman what he’s doing is, and I can’t help but feel that even without others, within Mabel’s lifetime Dipper would never act this way on his own.

(If that HC with the cult temporarily taking away/suppressing his humanity that I think led to the Psychic Singularity happened, maybe he’d do it, but I agree that while Dipper has his humanity he wouldn’t do half that stuff.)

TL;DR: I could see scary threats and the occasional nightmare, but Dipper wouldn’t go as far as that post detailed.

[edit] The mods that came up with this headcanon in particular did mean for Dipper to be doing most of those things in a more questionable state of his humanity (hence why Paz wasn’t really okay with this). We apologize that it was worded in such a way that it wasn’t clear!

The more extreme instances would be singular episodes, not an ongoing thing either. It’s… still pretty bad, and not actually justifiable, but the overall tone we were wanting was more of a “I’m terrorizing you and you know exactly why” not to the point of torture, but more of a karmic comeuppance. Again, I think the way the whole post was worded was… not as good as it could have been, and we apologize if it made anyone uncomfortable.

Pacifica becoming close friends with Dipper, and her parents being appalled not even because he’s from common blood, but because hello he’s a fucking demon with a terrifying reputation

Alcor frequently visiting Paz and leaving not so subtle signs he was there (burnt wards that were meant to keep him out, water that the parents use turning to blood, or even just the distinct sensation of being watched by a goddamn predator)

Alcor running into Preston in particular fairly often, and generally being sickeningly cheerful and casual and intimidating as hell at the same time, reminding him over and over again how his existence is beyond precarious

Alcor terrorizing them with bells, feeding them nightmares and whispering to them how the only thing keeping them alive is their daughter telling him to give them mercy

Preston attempting to threaten him and Pacifica, saying how he can close the funding on the library, how he could get every Pines evicted from the town, how he can make “accidents” happen. Alcor just laughing and placing his hand on Preston’s chest, above his heart; and his pulse constricts as Alcor asks him to please continue, he’d love to hear more about these “accidents” that can apparently so easily occur around a Northwest.

Dipper essentially doing just about everything the fandom wants to see happen to Pacifica’s parents for abusing her all those years, and letting his demon side revel in it.
