When Toby grows up, he becomes kinda supersitious, in an atempt to combat his shitty karma. He has multiple horseshoes place thoughout his house, which he checks daily to make sure their rightside up. When he seeing a feild of clover he can’t help but stop to look for a four leave one. People have suggested he carry a rabbit’s foot, but the precious little cinnimon bun doesn’t wanna hurt an actual bunny, so he buys a stuffed animal verision at the toy store and carries it around.

Is there any canon yet regarding what happened to Toby’s eye? I’ve been checking the tags but haven’t been able to find anything definite.

I was actually thinking it happened when he was still very little, and the church he was raised in burned to the ground.

I haven’t drawn him in detail yet, but I also imagined him with burn scars on that left half of his body, mostly up his arm and a bit on his chest, a bit on the side of hide face too (that goes over his eye). so basically, a fire. tough karma.

like Toby needs to be kicked more haHAHAaha ;;;

I don’t know why I wrote this but.

I need a picture of this. Please.

Toby was warm. He was warm and having his face licked all over.

This typically happened on the chilly fall days when particularly affectionate dogs or whatever he had fed decided that they would spend the night with him. It was nice, though they always left in the morning.

However, Toby was no longer homeless. He had a bed and a room and someone who took care of him now, which he was always grateful for. Alcor didn’t let him bring any of the animals home, anyway.

“I’m not going to house those griffins. Or the dogs or the cats. How many are you going to feed, kid?”

Also whatever was cuddling with him was probably human shaped. Maybe. Toby thought that it was a really big cat at first, actually. There were claws and purring. But also hands and…

Wings?

“Alcor?”

The dream demon did not reply, only kept licking Toby’s face. He smelled vaguely of incense.

This was weird. Was something wrong with Alcor? Toby tried to leave, only to be held tighter.

Looks like he wasn’t going anywhere. Toby didn’t mind much. This was nice.

Later on Dipper denied this ever happened.
