We decided the first one is Alcor trying to manifest a body correctly and failing several times, and the third one is Henry when he sees Dipper walk in with some eldritch horror in his hands.

You know that Jimmy Kimmel prank where parents tell their kids they ate their Halloween candy? Imagine Dipper pulling that on the triplets or Toby.
Oh lord. Toby would probably start crying and sniffling and Dipper would feel like the biggest jerk on the face of the planet.

Sometimes Alcor wonders if the reincarnation process always existed, or if the universe made it possible just to spite him. Especially in relation to Mabel and Bill.
When Dipper takes Toby in, he really starts to if the universe is trying to teach him a lesson of some kind (or at the very least is fucking with him.)
Was the fire that burned down the church Toby lived in supernatural in origin, or was it just a mundane example of the kid’s horrible luck? And if the former is the case, do the mods have any specifics in mind, or is the cause open for interpretation? This knowledge is required for reasons.
Entirely mundane and coincidental. Toby, however, somehow feels personally responsible as bad luck follows him like flies on a… well, you get the picture.
It’s all open to interpretation, but it’s important to know that it was in no way Toby’s fault. Other than that, the specifics on it are vague.
HC that kitty!Mabel came after Mira and before Maddie. Partly because there’s already some hcs with Toby and kitty!Mabel, and partly because it fills most of that ~20 years between Mira and Maddie without requiring a Mizar who dies tragically young.

Maddie wants to go to the park, but Alcor’s out and left a sheep to babysit. Cue Toby walking to the park with a gigantic demonic ram on a leash. Bonus points if Maddie rides the sheep.
